Information we process

Account email, display name, profile settings, language preferences, community content, messages, live-chat data, learning interactions and files you choose to upload.

How it is used

To authenticate you, maintain your profile, deliver learning, community and messaging features, protect the platform, and improve the experience.

Service providers

Clerk supports authentication. OpenAI processes only the content you deliberately submit to Guru or live-voice features. Hosting, database and object-storage providers process data required to operate the service.

Student and family controls

Learning reports and family or institution dashboards require appropriate authorization. The platform is designed to minimize access to student data and does not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can update profile preferences and request access, correction, export or deletion of eligible account data through the published contact process.
